Every case scored before the first call.
IntakeIQ interviews each prospective client on your firm’s intake form, reads the answers with more than one AI model, and hands your attorney a scored dossier with the evidence cited, before anyone picks up the phone.
14 days · 15 scored intakes · No credit card
Three steps from a form to a decision.
A prospect fills your form. More than one model reads it. Your attorney sees a scored dossier, with the evidence, before the prospect closes the tab.
A prospect fills your form.
Branching questions adapt to the practice area, with follow-ups asked only when the answers call for them. Document upload, your firm’s branding, embedded on your site or hosted by us.
More than one model reads it.
Each model returns a 0–100 score with the evidence it relied on. When they agree you get a confident score. When they diverge sharply, the case is flagged for an attorney instead of scored quietly.
Your attorney sees a clean dossier.
Strengths, watch-items, the field each claim rests on, and a recommendation, in your intake queue before the prospect refreshes the thank-you page. Accept it and the matter syncs to Clio.
Every score shows its work.
A recommendation you cannot audit is a guess. Each dossier lists the claim, the answer it came from, and how strongly the evidence supports it.

Independent reads
Each model scores the intake on its own. None sees another’s answer.
Weighted by confidence
The consensus leans on the read that cited more evidence, not the one that sounded surest.
Disagreement flagged
A spread of more than 15 points, or a claim the intake does not support, sends the case to an attorney. Nothing is auto-decided.
Overridable, and logged
An attorney can override any score. Overrides are kept, so the firm can see where the model and the lawyer disagree.
Eight practice areas ready on day one. Yours, too.
Each built-in area has its own questions and scoring criteria. Any admin can add a practice area of the firm’s own in the Form Builder, and its cases are scored and reported like the rest.

Nothing to migrate. Accepted cases land where your firm already works.
Clio
Accepted cases land in Clio as a contact and a matter, with the dossier attached.

Send retainers for signature from an accepted case. Clients sign by email or in the portal.
Gmail and Outlook
Inbox triage scores case inquiries that arrive by email the way it scores form submissions, and replies from your own mailbox.

Scheduling
A prospect who clears your threshold books a consultation on the spot, against your availability.

Built on AWS, with protected health information classified at intake and audit-trailed end to end.
AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit.
Every submission, dossier and document, under AWS-managed keys.
Straight to storage, never through the app.
Uploads go to S3 by pre-signed URL. The application server never handles the bytes.
Zero retention.
Models run inside AWS Bedrock with no data retention and no training on your data. Enterprise firms can run inference in their own AWS account.
BAA and DPA on request.
Signed before any protected information flows.
Your firm only.
Role-based access, MFA, and an audit log of every dossier opened, scored or exported.
SOC 2 ready.
Controls in place and evidence collection running. The audit is on the roadmap.
Inquiries from an OrignIQ page arrive already scored.
When a worker contacts you from an OrignIQ event page, IntakeIQ interviews them and scores the inquiry before your team calls. Each product works on its own. Together, the firm sees the case coming and knows whether to take it.
How OrignIQ worksThe firm that runs on it.
“I’m really impressed with intake IQ. I was struggling with case intake. I was going into consultations with minimal information and spending too much time filling in the gaps during my consultations. Intake IQ gathered the information I needed beforehand so I could schedule the intakes that were worth it. Intake IQ’s AI powered dynamic questionnaire automatically asks the necessary follow up questions based on the information the lead provides. I’m now free to schedule the consults that make sense and my assistants are available to help with other things. I’ll be using this for my practice moving forward.”

Seats are people who handle intake. Any OrignIQ territory takes 20% off IntakeIQ seats.
The trial runs 14 days or 15 scored intakes, whichever comes first. Scoring then pauses; nothing renews and no card is charged.
Asked by firms.
What is IntakeIQ?
A client-intake platform for law firms. When a prospective client fills out your intake form, IntakeIQ scores the case, lists its strengths and weaknesses with the evidence, and recommends whether to take the consultation, so your team spends its time on the cases that merit it.
How does the scoring work?
Every intake is read independently by more than one AI model running inside AWS Bedrock, and the reads are combined into one consensus score. Which models run depends on the plan. When they agree you get a high-confidence score; when they disagree sharply, or a check finds a claim the intake does not support, the case is flagged for your review.
Can I override a score?
Yes. Any attorney can replace the recommendation with their own assessment. Overrides are logged, and the firm can see how often the model and the lawyer disagree.
Is client data used to train models?
No. AI processing runs inside AWS Bedrock under our Business Associate Agreement with AWS, configured for zero data retention. Your data is processed and discarded, never used to improve any model.
How long does setup take?
Most firms are running the same day. Sign up, enable your practice areas, set your branding, and paste the embed code into your site, or use the hosted form.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone at the firm who needs the dashboard: admins, attorneys and staff. Prospective clients filling out forms are not seats.
Which practice areas are supported?
Eight come ready: Personal Injury, Employment, Family Law, Estate Planning, Criminal Defense, Immigration, Business and Real Estate, each with its own questions and scoring criteria. Admins can add practice areas of their own with their own question sets.
Can I export or delete my data?
Your data is yours, and we return or delete it on request. We are candid that there is not yet a self-service export or delete button in the dashboard, so today this runs through support rather than a screen.
